Almost all of it does. When we have the option to pick local we always prioritise it, even if it costs us more. We want to protect our local growers and enjoy their high quality produce.
However, there are some tropical fruits that we cannot produce in SA, such as bananas, mangoes, and gold kiwifruit, which require warmer weather to grow. We source these fruits through Bo's relationships with local merchants who have the knowledge and experience to select the best and support the industry as a whole in Australia.

Bo's Market uses compostable vac sealed bags to deliver our dried fruit to your door. We hope you'll transfer the dried fruit to a sealed container for best storage and place the bags in your green bin. Our only other alternative are glass jars which we hope to see you re-use, but can also be placed in your recycle bin. We don't want any part of our packaging to go to landfill.

Every process is proudly done in-house, including sourcing the fresh fruit, dehydrating, packing, selling, and delivering. Essentially everything except for growing the beautiful fruit we use - this we leave in the hands of our experienced farmers.
