Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as when you received it.

Be unused and in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packing our products, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at bo@bosmarket.com.au. Provide a description (and photos if possible) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalised products (e.g., special orders).

Gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges and cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
