At Bo’s Market, we pride ourselves on delivering our dried fruit products fresh, safe, and on time. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays, peak holiday periods, or weather events).


Free Shipping

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details will be communicated on our website or through our newsletter when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (where tracking is available).


Packaging

All dried fruit is carefully packed in eco-friendly, compostable packaging to ensure it arrives in excellent condition while minimising environmental impact.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • your order arrives damaged,

  • you receive the wrong items, or

  • there are missing items in your delivery.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right in line with our Returns Policy.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to recharge for redelivery.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, Bo’s Market is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
