We dry our Gold Kiwis to bring out the best of their flavour and to leave them slightly chewy for plenty of zesty tang. For superior flavour we use New Zealand's Gold Kiwifruit, who were the first producers of this glorious fruit.

Our Gold Kiwis are the only fruit we import, since Australia has only recently gained the rights to grow them on our soil. We choose to support our Kiwi neighbours, who originally produced the fruit and continue to do it the best. 

While Gold Kiwifruits are one of the most nutrient dense fruits in the world, we love it especially for it's high B9 (Folate) content. Gold Kiwifruits are packed full of folate which is unfortunately often lacking in our Aussie diets.
